The New Wii Console
The Wii U is Nintendo’s new gaming console and the eventual successor for the Wii. The Wii U was revealed in June of 2011, and it has been on the minds of gamers ever since. The Wii is different from most traditional game consoles in that the controller also doubles as an individual gaming device. On some titles, you will be able to keep playing your game on the Wii U controller, or the “GamePad” even after you turn off the television.
